Project Manager

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing the full control over the project;
  • Management of project team;
  • Preparation of tender documentation;
  • Carrying out of the tender among contracting organization, engineers and architects;
  • Choice of subcontract organizations;
  • Negotiating with clients and general contractors;
  • Sanction of technical questions;
  • Coordination and development of constructive decisions;
  • Preparation of offers;
  • Negotiating with suppliers;
  • Selection of building materials;
  • Control of terms of delivery;
  • Calculation of amounts of works;
  • Planning and the control of industrial works on site the coordination of kinds of works and terms of construction;
  • Preparation periodic reports on expenses weekly reports/ minutes from meetings.

Requirements:

  • Higher education in: Construction, Engineering or Finance;
  • Experience in project management;
  • Deep knowledge of construction works;
  • English language not less than Intermediate;
  • Advanced computer user (MS Office, MS Project, AutoCad).

Project Assistant

Key responsibilities:

  • Assisting to the project;
  • Preparation of tender documentation;
  • Assisting on negotiations with clients and general contractors;

  • Control of terms of delivery;
  • Calculation of amounts of works;

Requirements:

  • Higher education in: Construction, Engineering or Finance;
  • Experience in project management is advantage;
  • Knowledge of construction works;
  • English language not less than Intermediate;
  • Advanced computer user (MS Office, MS Project, AutoCad).

Cost Manager

Key responsibilities:

  • Measure structural drawings and issue Bill of Quantities
  • Measure architectural drawings and issue Bill of Quantities
  • Set up Construction Budget
  • Set up Construction Cost Plan
  • Visit Construction Sites and get acquainted with the Contractors
  • Managing estimating and cost planning activities to include taking ownership of and presenting the final cost plan
  • Taking a lead role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages
  • Where appropriate, leading a Construction Cost Management team, ensuring that they deliver on all of the above accountabilities
  • Ensuring that Cost checking and valuation work is managed effectively

Requirements:

  • Higher education in: Construction or Engineering;
  • Engineering and Technology -- Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology.This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services;
  • Economics and Accounting -- Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data;
  • Building and Construction -- Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of houses, buildings, or other structures such as highways and roads;
  • Mathematics -- Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications;
  • Design -- Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models;
  • English language not less than Intermediate;
  • Advanced computer user (MS Office, MS Project, AutoCad).

Site Manager

Key responsibilities:

  • Supervision of construction sites
  • Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems
  • Develop and implement quality control programs
  • Conducting regular site safety checks
  • Ensuring the project runs to schedule and to budget, and finding solutions to problems that may cause delays.

Requirements:

  • University degree (Construction Faculty preferably);
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in site managemen;
  • Having field coordination skills;
  • Reporting and providing technical security/safety;
  • English language not less than Intermediate;
  • Advanced computer user (MS Office, MS Project, AutoCad).
