Services

Our services provide support from starting the project by identifying and reporting constraints on the construction works, including particular restrictions of site planning, continuing with checking and reporting on the permitting submittals from the authorities and advice on the action to be taken.

Throughout the project we have skilled Project Managers that can:

Regularly check progress of the works against the construction programme to monitor that the progress is in compliance with design, budget and schedule. We are able to analyze the critical path of the project

Review and physically check of the ordering and delivery dates for different materials and equipments of the contractors

Take site visits and report on an agreed rolling system against the safety regulation on site

Quality check of the site works

Quantity check on site based on the agreed design
